SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping on All Orders Highland Crops offers complimentary shipping on all wholesale orders to the contiguous United States.

Delivery Timeline All orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Flowers are shipped via UPS in temperature-controlled packaging designed to preserve freshness throughout transit.

Order Processing & Cutoff Times

• Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Thursday, or anytime Friday–Sunday, will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
• Orders are not processed on U.S. federal holidays or Ecuadorian/Colombian public holidays that affect farm operations.

Shipping Carrier All orders ship via UPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order leaves our facility.

Perishable Items Fresh-cut flowers are a perishable product. Once your order is handed to UPS, Highland Crops is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. We strongly recommend planning your order around your event or delivery needs with buffer time in mind.

Geographic Coverage We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.
